Request to Delete Your Data

At BYCART, we value your privacy and give you full control over your personal information.
If you no longer wish for us to retain your data, you can request its deletion at any time.

Once we receive your request, we will review and process it in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Please note that in certain cases, we may need to retain limited information to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

How to Request Data Deletion

You can submit a deletion request through either of the following methods:

1. By Email
   Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line:
   "Data Deletion Request".
   Please include the following details so we can verify your identity:
   • Full Name
   • Registered Email Address
   • Any additional details that can help us locate your account.
2. Through Our Help Desk
   Visit our Support Ticket Page and open a new ticket with the category
   "Privacy & Data Requests". Include the same verification details listed above.

What Happens After You Submit a Request

• We will acknowledge your request.
• Your request will be processed within 1-2 business days after verification.
• Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email stating that your data has been deleted.
